RUDE SERVICE 3/10. I have gone to Chalups about 2 times a month for about 4 months when ever I’m doing my laundry at Spin And Sparkle. Every time I go in there I am instantly turned off by the stink eyes lady on the register gives me. After approaching the front desk to request an order, the women on the register are usually snippy and shrewd. If you want quality service with better tasting pizza, I recommend going to Mondo Italiano, Pizzanos, Outback, or even Dominoes!!!!

Very rude over the phone when attempted to place orders!!!17 Dec, 2013I called several times to ask for a manager to report rude behavior on the phone, was answered by a young girl who refused to provide the manager information and was subjected to rude and foul language and hung up on 6 times!
Bad customer service on phone. Pizza is great, but the customer service is horrible. The girl on the phone seemed annoyed to take my order and was rude. Makes me not want to give them my business, but they are one of few delivery options… : (
Rude service. The woman who answered phone for take our order should be fired in our opinion. I will never recommend the restaurant, I have lived in Taos for over 20 years and I like to support local businesses, not this one anymore!!!!!!! Horrible customer service when I called for delivery on a Sunday evening. Having worked in service industry in Taos NM, I think all restaurant workers should provide excellent customer service to receive great tips, times are tough now. I will never order from Chalupps again and suggest Mondo Italiano for anyone who cares to order take out pizza.
Their pizza is so good and their chicken salads are awesome I just love them. The only thing that’s really wrong with this place is the service! The girls at the resister is always with an attitude problem!! It really makes me not want to eat there!!! So I have been just ordering for pick but man oh man still have the same problem! Glad they have delivery or else I would never go there. The girl at the register is always there makes you feel like your Buisness is unwanted. I believe it’s a family owned Buisness but if she doesn’t want to work she shouldn’t because they would have a much better clientele.
I am very dissatisfied with there attitude. I ordered a large pizza and they made a medium. And I went to pick it up. No apologies and they told me it was the same price.
