Great Breakfast. Went with my sister and 12 y.o. daughter on a Sunday morning on our way up to the ski valley. My sister and I split the Scrambled Egg Tower and the Spanish Tortilla. Both were excellent – my sister liked the scrambled eggs a little better. The mushrooms on both were great! My daughter had the French Toast – luckily she saw that they had a half order, which was 1 1/2 slices – more than enough for her. She said it was the best French Toast she has ever had. Not soggy at all and had a perfect crunch. My daughter also tried the truffles – raspberry and sea salt – she loved those as well.
Wonderful food! Fresh ingredients, vegan and gluten free friendly, and my boyfriend said the brisket was delicious as well! The service was lovely, but the place is small and we waited a LONG time for our Sunday brunch. We will be back on a weekday!

During our spring break stay in Taos we were able to eat here 3 times! The food was truly unbelievable. We tried two other restaurants and neither of the two could compare to Gutiz! The staff was nice and friendly. Our food was ready in about 10-15mins. Their Eggs Benedict are to die for! My husband had their French Toast and loved it! My 13yr old had their basic breakfast with a side of fruit and really enjoyed it. The second day my husband tried the eggs Benedict and confirm the amazingness! If you are looking for a great place to have brunch, I honestly recommend them. It was the best place we could find in Taos. Also try the lemonade mint drink. It’s delicious!
