Spent $130 on a Valentine’s dinner for two only to find *RAW* prime rib, generic iceberg salad, no dressing… The prime rib was so raw that after several minutes in the boiler pan it was still too raw to eat, and I like my prime rib rare.

Made a reservation last minute and they were very accommodating. The ambiance is warm. We started with the pork belly appetizer which was amazing! The pork belly was cooked to tenderness perfection. The Asian inspired flavors with kale and micro greens really made the dish pop. A definite recommendation. Only issue with this dish was that it only came with 3 pieces and I wanted more! My husband ordered the New York and I ordered the ribeye. The dishes came with garlic mashed potato and vegetables (beats, broccolini, and carrots). The steaks were cooked to perfect temperature and the sauce (peppercorn sauce) was great. I know some people enjoy just the flavor of a good steak. However, me and my husband are more accustomed to a bit more seasoning then what was on the steak. To each his own. I would definitely recommend this place for a romantic, a little on the expensive side kind of dinners (special occasion, maybe?). A must if you are in Taos! Will come back when we come back to visit!

Absolutely wonderful!! The patio service and ambieance made a wonderful last night in taos. The chef came out and checked on all of the tables and that is such a nice feel to travelers and customers. Will definitely be coming back here.

Overall good experience. Overall a good experience. Service and the cocktails were excellent, my wife had the house margarita, I would recommend it. We had the fried assorted mushrooms which were slightly overcooked but were delicious nonetheless. The lobster bisque was well prepared and presented. For entrees we had the wild boar and rib eye. The boar, while it tasted very good and was cooked perfectly, appeared to be a flank or skirt cut and not the tenderloin as specified on the menu. The accompanying truffle bread pudding and seasonal vegetables were outstanding. The rib eye was cooked nicely although I prefer a nicer sear especially at a steak house. The accompanying garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables were also very good. The bread served with dinner was exceptional. For dessert we had an exceptional rosemary lemon creme brle which closed the meal on a high note. This was one of the better dining experiences we have had during our stay in Taos.

Great atmosphere, service was good, and food yummy. Steak, although tasty, was not as thick as I would have expected for the price.
