Delicious breakfast! Biscuits were fluffy, soft, with a good crust that kept them from soggifying under the gravy. The gravy was odd, yet delicious. Chunks of sausage floated in a reddish whitish wonderfully thin gravy. I am not sure how they made it, but it was the most different sausage gravy I’ve ever had. Asked for hard poached eggs – the ONLY eggs I’ve ever had actually come out hard poached. The yolk was solid, yet creamy. They were perfect. THANK YOU SPOT!Breakfast burrito was excellent. Huge, filling, stuffed full!Service was great. Hockey-guy was super friendly, funny. Place was very cool with art filling every nook and cranny. Clean, organized, had a gift shop. Large coffee should be renamed The Gigantor. Definitely THE spot for a great breakfast.

The Coffee Spot…. A spot I’m happy to have spot!!! :D. The Coffee Spot is one my favorite cafe’s in Taos! The food is good AND it’s the only place I know of that you can get a Chai+Espresso+Yerba Mate rolled into one delicious gift to your Soul!! Yum!! Love the people, the art, and the atmosphere. <3
Yummy!. Staff was very helpful & kind. Iced Mexican mocha & habiscus tea. Hit the spot!
