A true food person. This guy is amazing. He makes his own deli meats and bakes all the breads as well. He cares like nobody I’ve met in Albuquerque and the end result is stunningly delicious. Furthermore, he is economically aware. Rather than charging what the market will bear, he charges a fair price that is more often than not, lower than commercially available deli meats and bread. His hand made bacon, for example is about half the price of the fancy thick cut peppered bacon in the stores and twice as good.
