Enchiladas. 3 chicken enchiladas in corn tortillas, Spanish rice, beans, cheese melted over those, and lettuce and tomatoes.Enchiladas. Exactly the way I like my chicken enchiladas, plus they gave me a choice of chile, and they had both a spicy hot green chile and a mild green chile. That made me very happy. 2 of my friends had the Black Rattlesnake (Huevos Rancheros) and both of them loved it. The service was excellent. The Meeting Room seats 36 & has a projection screen. Servers were 2 men and 1 woman.

The Green Chili Gravey is wonderful, biscuits are ALMOST as good as mine, and service has always been wonderful. We have not had a bad experience in the4 times we have been there. will go back again and again.
I’m stuffed and happy!. Tried Roper’s restaurant for lunch today – 4/30/14. I ordered the buffalo burger with fries for a side. It was very good and big. The fries had plenty of salt as delivered so if you are on a diet without added salt you should say something. The tea glass was large. I am stuffed!The owner came by the table twice to talk. He was a very nice guy. His name is Robert Vick and he took over the place in January. The previous owners retired. He is renaming the place to Vick’s Vittles. As of today that name gives a bad address. He told us the plumbing has been rebuilt along with other improvements because the building is old and he is making it perfect.
