I Was Skeptical at First……… After reading some of the reviews of the restaurant, I was skeptical about my wife and I meeting our son there to watch some football, but as it turned out, my fears were unfounded. We were seated in a prime area for watching football, our drink order was taken right away, and the drinks, and chips with warm salsa (?) arrived promptly. After a while, we placed an order for the Fish Street Tacos, and and they, too, arrived promptly. All three of us really enjoyed the food, cold drinks, and atmosphere. Our server, Alix, did a superb job, and when we return, we will asked to be seated in her area again.Disregard all the complainers about this place, and give it a try. I doubt you’ll be disappointed!
Service is awful!!!! Nobody wanted to work they just want to dance around and chat when I finally caught a server who didn’t run away when I approached it still took 20 min and counting to take a food order. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone if your hungry!
Horrible Service. I was told at the table that I couldn’t wear my hate backwards and I looked around and noticed three other people in the bar that had their hats on backwards. They were rude as hell about it. I understand certain dress codes but they should imply them on everyone. Pissed us enough, we will never go back..
Horrible service and the atmosphere is not family friendly at all. On our way in the door the security guard TOLD my husband to take his sunglasses off before we walked in the restaurant. What the hell is that about???? My husband is walking in with a family of four and was hardly up to no good. Then we gave them the number of people in our party and they seated us one short of the number we gave them. We had to steal a chair from another table. Then our waitress rolled her eyes at my husband when he was unsure of what kind of beer he wanted. Really??? The food was way over priced and was nothing to rant or rave about. The waitress obviously hated her job and kept reaching over us to take dishes and fill my husbands beer. The manager walked around and glared at everyone and not once did I see him ask how anyone’s meal or service was like he gave a crap!!! We should have gone to BJs across the street. This will be the first and last time I spend any of my money at this establishment! Suggestion…….find staff who cares and make better food.
Talk about lousy. This place has probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It took 15 minutes for our waitress to take our order, and then another 10 before we got our drinks. The check was wrong and needed to be corrected. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.
The girls are very rude poor service some girl tried to make pay for someone else’s tab if they got new girls with friendly service it would be a lot better an smart girls that know how to act and about beer
