Really terrible food, ridiculously bad service. I’m sure people don’t go here expecting fantastic service but it’s exceptionally bad. The waitresses seemed to have tables with their regulars, aka some single kinda creepy looking dude who probably tips well, but if you aren’t one of those guys, forget it. We ordered nachos as an appetizer and got a plate of SIX CHIPS each with a scoop of beans on them. Go elsewhere. Go anywhere else in the whole city.
Worst customer service of my life…. Mistakes…sure. But these people will probably mess up at least 50% of orders thrown at them and serve the other 50% an hour after they are placed and then have A LOT of difficulty doing the simple mathematical functions required to total your tab. If you have any concerns to express or complaints they will speak to you like aren’t fit to lick their floors. Most grown men and women simply cannot tolerate being spoken to as if they are four years old by people who clearly don’t think so well, especially after trying to spend some money and ask simple legitimate questions…hence all of the bad reviews. If you happen to be so unusually lucky as to have no problems and don’t really care what your bill says, then the food is probably pretty decent. (Hint: don’t ask math questions, it confuses them)I have occasionally heard about restaurants where people go specifically to be insulted by staff and treated poorly as a joke, and I actually briefly entertained the idea this was intentional on the part of Ojos Locos, that’s how rude they are.
