  I am a constant customer at blakes lotaburger on paradise and universe and i love to eat there however there is a manager named Alex who is constantly rude and disrespectful to not only her employees but as well as customers. she is rude on the phone and the only reason i go to this location is due to being close to my house. i work alot of hours and when i get off work early in the am and want a burrito i expect to have good service not deal with someone who has no idea what she is doing or how to treat people. she cannot answer questions without having to call someone else or try to solve the situation herself. i am at the point where i am ready to not go to this location and blakes will lose my business all together. i believe there should be some kind of corrective action on this manager Alex. the next time i go in and she is rude i will be making a call to the human resources department due to the fact that is simply how u do not treat people. I have never seen a person not be able to handle her shift while being a manager.

  I have been going to Blakes for years… one of my favorite places although due to my experiences with the restaurant on paradise I will never return. This morning 7/03/14 the young man at the window could not get our order right then sat there arguing with my husband about what we ordered. He had absolutely no respect. Every time I go they always forget something and when asked for it I get tons of attitude. They have no respect at this location. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THE PARADISE LOCATION. Ended up going to bob’s next door and was treated 100x better.

  Great burgers, actually prefer over 5 Guys which also has good burgers. Food takes a little long to get out but that’s because they make the burgers fresh when ordered. Store was clean, but they need better a better vent system to clear the grease smoke so it doesn’t saturate the dinning room like it did during our visit. Otherwise my family enjoyed it.

  Same good blakes food-horrible service. Food is consistent with the Blakes name – restaurant is clean – my order at the drive thru or call in is wrong 80% of the time-when trying to call ahead majority of the time phone either rings and rings with a fax answering or its busy for 15-20 minutes at a time
