Friendly Service & Delicious Shaved Ice. We were at the shop today and were so happy we found it!! Generally you find snow cones that have gritty & crunchy ice. This shop had shaved ice that is almost creamy in texture, the syrup flavors were really delicious, and the prices are more than reasonable. We are totally hooked now. Unfortunately we found out that they close for fall months. I really wish I had found them earlier in the summer. I will be doing my best to get there at least a few more times before they close for the season. Thanks Aloha! We’ll see you soon!
Finally, A Real Shave Ice Place!. I am so happy that there is finally a place in Albuquerque that has actual shave ice instead of crushed ice with syrup on the bottom. I am so happy that they have condensed milk and li hing mui powder, it’s like having a little bit of Hawai’i right in the middle of the desert!

We arrived at 7:19 since the sign said they’re open until 7:30. When we walked in, an employee told us their machines were shut down so that they can close the shop at 7:30. My family owns a restaurant. You don’t run a business this way. If your signage states you’re open until a certain time, that means you accept paying customers until that time. We will stick with Dakine Hawaiian down the street.
