I just received the worst customer service at Cake Fetish. I got food poisoning from their cupcakes, because they were spoiled and the manager said it wasn’t his problem. They wouldn’t refund the cupcakes and said it was my problem.
I bought more than a dozen cupcakes here for a family birthday event on the fly. They were totally fresh and delicious and the owner was happy to accommodate my requests for flavor preferences. So excellent product and excellent service. Well done, Cake Fetish.
Good Wedding cupcakes, terrible anniversary cake, horrible experience. I purchased cupcakes at Cake Fetish for my wedding and they were wonderful. I was happy with the flavors, frosting etc. I was told when I placed my wedding order that if I brought in a professional picture of my wedding cupcake display, I would receive a free small cake on my 1st anniversary decorated like my wedding cupcakes. I placed the order 4 days before my 1st anniversary. When I arrived to pick up my cake, it wasn’t ready, the staff was extremely rude and stated they did not receive adequate instructions on how to decorate it (when I placed the order I stated I just wanted a simple vanilla frosted cake with vanilla shell border- nothing fancy). I also had a picture of my wedding cupcake display from my wedding photographer for them. The rude, crass, and loud-mouthed employee told me my photographer must have been an amateur and she would not accept the photo and I would have to pay full price for my anniversary cake. I lleft the bakery crying and heartbroken (and embarrasses, as there was a handful of people waiting behind me) without an anniversary cake. I will never buy anything from this establishment again nor will I ever recommend them for any event. The cupcakes are good, but the customer service is absoulutely horrible. I
