Slice of Cuban heaven. Don’t blink, you might miss this cozy little place nestled in the corner stall of the Daskalos center strip mall on Menaul. Amazing find! Don’t forget the Cuban coffee and a Guanababa shake. You won’t be sorry you stopped.
Tasty. I love their Cubanos reminds me of the ones I would get on the West Coast crunchy bread, tender pork, thick ham slice with delish cheese. If you however have a budget this place can get expensive as I noted most culturally different restaurants are far more expensive out here, then again the importing costs also causes some places to charge higher prices which is understandable. All in all it is worth it, very good tasting foods here worth the price as well as it is a large sandwich. The coffee is also good, I am yet to try to the other favorite dishes they serve here.
So so good. We had a party lunch party of 3 and ordered ropa vieja, Cuban sandwich and a chicken sandwich. They were all delicious. The meat in the ropa vieja was so full of flavor and was nice and tender. The Cuban sandwich was authentic, delicious and the grilled onions took it over the top. My daughter loved the chicken sandwich. It was simply made with moist chicken and toasty bread. Overall we would return and are looking forward to trying the flan and Cuban coffee.
Hooray I found a great Cuban restaurant. Amazing food, great staff, best Cuban food I have had since I ate at an incredible Cuban restaurant since we lived in Gainesville , Florida from 1973 – 1979. I highly recommend this phenomenal restaurant!!!!!!!!!! Definitely a 5 star restaurant:)

Friendly, large portions and the best Cuban food without having to travel to Miami- highly recommend if you love Good food. The Plantains were perfect
One of the cleanest restaurants I’ve ever dined at. Delicious food, nice atmosphere (perfect for a date night), and a delightfully eccentric owner make this place a must go for any special occasion, or any time you’re in the mood for Cuban food. Be sure to try the guanabana shake, yuca con mojo, and masas de puerco.
