Not consistent. I ordered a HOT (#4) Stirred Veg. but the dish was almost sweet, with some red crushed pepper sprinkled over! Even those were not hot. There was little flavor in this dish. The Red Curry we ordered was very good – with nice Thai flavor and enough spices. The Stirred Fry was nothing near a Thai dish – it tasted more like Chinese dish.
Nice folks great food. Just had dinner at Krug Thai. The restaurant was clean, the waitress was nice and the food was great. Large selection on the menu. If you get the Thai food they will ask what level of hot you want -1-5. I like hot but to be causious I choose 3. I’m probably a 2.5! We’ll make it a regular.
Tasteless food. The food was very bland and the resturant was dirty. We will not be returning to Krung Thai.
Love it! One of my favorites!. I really cannot say enough good things about Krung Thai. I have been going here for years – I used to drive an hour each way just to pick some up! My favorites are the coconut lemongrass soup (tom kha), the red curry with tofu (omg – the veggies!), the pad thai with chicken or tofu, and the tofu spring rolls. Really, it is all very good, very fresh, and very inexpensive. It is family run and they are always so kind and helpful. I love that they still bring you water no matter you order to drink. If you have a sweet tooth, the Thai Iced Tea is amazing!

Bland food and poor service. My carry-out experience here was pretty bad. We ordered Red Curry with beef and Massaman Curry with beef. The girl at the restaurant counter seemed too preoccupied with her friend’s cellphone to bother giving us the correct order. When we arrived home we realized too late that we had instead received Pad Thai and what was probably Yellow Curry. The Pad Thai was greasy, sugary, and overall flavorless. The Yellow Curry was mostly potatoes with a few pieces of rubbery beef. It barely even had an coconut flavor. Neither of these dishes were even close to spicy. And we received all of this for just $20! Maybe we just ordered on a bad day for the restaurant but I will not be visiting Krung Thai again anytime soon.
Decent, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat there.
