We ordered red Chile cheese enchiladas. The waitress repeated our order to us. The kitchen delivered corn tortillas with cheese. There was no chile. We informed him what we ordered and he offered to bring out some red chile on the side. I asked him to bring out some red chile with cheese enchiladas. He took the corn tortillas with cheese back and poured red chile over them. The result was dry and hard enchiladas. I would rate the enchiladas as some of the worst I have had in the State of New Mexico.
