Good Mongolian stir-fry and friendly service. The ingredients were fresh and very plentiful. Overall, I had a good dinner and the pricing was very fair.

Kind of pricey, but good. Went in with a big group for my friend’s birthday. I don’t like that the prices went up, 15 dollars for pretty much the same amount of food they offered before. Service was excellent. Waitress was Itzel, stunning smile I might add, explained to our table how the bowl prices changed and that if we packed our bowls, we would be able to get our money’s worth. I followed her advice and some of us went home with leftovers. The manager stopped by our table to ask if everything was up to our expectations. The food was cooked correctly and delivered promptly considering it was a busy night.

Fun concept. Genghis Grill is awesome and unique because it’s a dining experience you can’t really get elsewhere in the city. The concept is that you are given an empty bowl to fill with whatever combo of meat, veggies, and sauces that you’d like. Hen you pick a starch such as fried rice or noodles and they stir fry it all up for you and bring it to your table. This concept is good because (let’s be honest) if you don’t like the food, it’s your own fault. They do offer sample recipe cards if you’re feeling unsure of what might go well together. The service is what it is, this isn’t a place where you’re really ordering multiple courses, so your server plays more of a background role in the whole thing. Frankly, I love this place. It’s fun, engaging, and tasty. Give it a try!

Horrible Customer service. Was totally ignored by 3 servers and a Manager who walked by me 4 times.

Disappointed. Thought this place was like all other Mongolian Grills. All you can eat for one flat price but no take home. Wasn’t explained the concept so went up and made some Teriyaki Chicken. Went to the grill, sat down and asked about my second serving. Was told it would be $5 to go back and get more. They gave me about 1/4 cup of rice to go with my chicken, in other words I had about a kid’s meal’s worth of chicken for $9; I left hungry. Next time I will just go to Pei Wei.

I think they have a really good concept. If it tastes good it’s because you’re the one that gets to pick all the ingredients and the seasoning. And my tasted pretty good! I’d go again.
