  APPLEBEE’S CUSTOMER SERVICE. Applebee’s has very good food & service. I eat there very often & they make you feel very comfortable….thank you for the good service & MY BIRTHDAY GIFT…It was really appreciated .

  Besides all the staff seeing lost at their jobs. We arrived for our daughters graduation celebration.. So was busy, instead of the hostess making it a pleasant time. She just brushed us off to the side and continued to joke around with the other staff. Her attitude was very cut and dry. The other host ariel was a complete opposite very pleasant and apologetic about the long wait and confusion. After getting our party wrong us being 3 her putting down 5. She called us up then asked where the rest of the party was. We said only three not five. She looks at us and puts the blame on us for telling her five people not three.. We sit back down and get called about 5 min later. During our 30 min wait 3 different people asked to speak to the manager complaining about different things. The manager seemed to be annoyed and not a friendly presence at this location. It’s graduation time and it’s understandable of it being busy but it seemed more of a bothersome time than happy of the business.. Food took extra long.. Upon leaving once again ariel was there to bid us farewell and other have a great day with a smile.. Everyone else was talking among themselves totally ignoring the guest as they leave the restaurant
