Horrible!. This place is horrible, it’s gross every time, and the service is terrible. I got a burnt and cold bagel (how did they even manage to do that) and the guy in front if me asked for a coffee cup lid for his coffee, which somehow deserved a bad attitude from the employee. The cashier ignored me as I stood there, card out, waiting to pay & instead wipes stuff and would not ring me up. I should have expected this since last time I went there someone behind the counter made lewd sexual gestures when I ordered a *sausage* egg and cheese…. Please Bergen Bagels hire some reasonable people, no one wants to repeat a simple order 5 times, wants a revolting cold gummy bagel, wants to stand and wait 3 minutes while some lady tries to avoid ringing you up, nor do they want some gross kid making masturbation gestures at your food. Actually, just shut down that way something else can move in.
Fine, but theres a line. I love coming here the morning after a long night of work, but the line seems to be getting longer and longer. Location is a nice and clean cafeteria styled eatery. Their food is very good, from what I’ve had. The service is okay, what you would expect, after pointing and shouting over a counter. The line however is becoming out of control. I wouldn’t be so annoyed if it were not for the fact that they have only one register, and a line of people ready to pay. Aside from that try this place out, it’s really delicious.
