CorletteNy Restaurant & Lounge was a dream that owner Bernard James had for a number of years which materialised in honor of his wife Corlette. The restaurants motto Eat Love Live, is one shared by them both before she transitioned. Young in age, but Corlette Restaurant & Lounge intend to build a reputation that is worthy of praise from its patrons and critics.
