Many native Italians attempt to bring authentic Italian cuisine to the states, but only few succeed. Alex Palumbo, founder, owner, Executive chef, Manager and at times Waiter, is one of those few. Hailing from the mountainous region of Piemonte, Alex serves a menu focused on Northern Italian cuisine featuring grass fed meats, homemade pastas, and fresh hand picked fish from the market like whole oven roasted branzino. In it's rustic atmosphere Alex keeps the Osteria intimate, friendly and fun but takes your dining experience seriously providing white table clothes and seasoned waiters. Hang at the bar after work for a pasta and a glass of wine for under $25. Or, indulge in the full menu. Either way Alex aims to keep it real by providing a low key, fun-loving (like him) but serious (also like him) place to have exceptional food.
