Comically precious and precocious staff who seemed to think ordering a tea was both weird and difficult. Hence they managed to make a latte tea and then showed little concern and moderate annoyance that they had served it wrong. Fair enough for a perfectionist but all I asked for was some milk for my tea – when the barista did the same thing twice (for reasons inexplicable) he managed to be plain rude when a little charm might have gone a long way.
