Rainbow Bagels right here!If you’re visiting New York and you don’t try their bagels then it would be a mistake. The Instagram famous Rainbow Bagel is what i tried and it was absolutely worth it. You can try it with their funfetti centre or purchase a simple one and try it at home with regular cream cheese. Slightly Pricey but their bagels are a visual treat!Must try.

I specifically went here for their rainbow bagel. It’s nothing like I had expected, it’s sweet and so good. Brooklyn is known for their bagel and I see why. I’ve liked bagels before trying a couple of Brooklyn’s and now I’m convinced, im a fan. I ordered half tofu spread and half tofu spinach. I couldn’t decide since they had a few other tofu spreads. The rainbow bagel had to be baked so I waited a while and it was certainly worth the wait. The hardest part was parking since its a busy street and you can’t park after 1030. Like a few other patrons, I nervously kept an eye on my car. One of the guys who worked there must’ve felt bad or something, but he offered to bring the bagel to me when it was done. I told him I’ll just move my car and come back. I found parking in the front, but still had to keep an eye on it. The bagel took a few more minutes and the guy came out with my bagel. How awesome. Best $6.50 I’ve spent on a bagel. I’ve never had a bagel that was sweet like that before. The plain tofu spread was perfect with it, was gooey and it melted on the bagel. The other half was tofu spinach, it didn’t go quite well with the bagel, but it was still tasty. I’m definitely coming back here to try the other spreads and as well as other things on their menu. I think I’ve found my bagel shop. Looking forward to making this my breakfast spot.
