Got a craving for papusas on Saturday night, so my wife and I ordered two of each flavor they have: cheese, bean & cheese, and pork. The pork was good and the bean & cheese was well worth it, but honestly, the cheese-only papusas were the best. So cheesy, and fry-y and totally hit the spot for the night. They also came with the traditional El Salvadoriancabbagesalad, which compliments them so well.Next time we order from Usuluteco, we’re going to get more than papusas, but you can bet there will be a couple cheese-onlys in that bag when it gets to the door.
