Terrible Customer Service and the Food doesnt make up for it. Prices are so high compared to everyone else around them. I could see if the product was worth it, but it just isn’t… i dont understand how someone can get an order wrong everytime we order. the drivers are known for forgetting something important every time they take an order.i’ve been to countless parties/ events they have catered and every time something is forgotten. it’s to the point where it feels like its on purpose. it’s a wonder how they still have customers.. i advise anyone looking to get catered food to call else where if they want their guests to eat well.
Good Food, Bad Service. It’s hard to rate something when the food is good, but the service ruins the meal. Had party catered and food delivered. Delivery man assured us everything was there. Missing a veggie tray, no problem, plenty of food. Missing all of the rolls for the beef. Big problem. Called and was told when the delivery guy returned they would send him back out. As we live in Hamburg and they are in S. Buffalo, that’s at least another 40 minutes. Somebody could have brought theses out when I called but they didn’t bother. We asked them to call when he was leaving so we could prepare the meal. No one called. We called back they said 15 min. That didn’t happen. Called back again, he is on his way. Just about an hour later our rolls arrived. Pasta, beef, beans, chicken all cold by then. Soggy salad. Do you know what a Magnum tastes like after sitting for probably hour and a half.? Spent over $300.00, very dissappointing experience. Very hungry guests eating cold food. Embarassing.
Best Chicken in Buffalo. My brother, who lives in Kenmore, has it delivered to him from the Abbot Road location. From on end of the city to the other!
WOW-A-LICIOUS!!!. We’ve been fans for years, the only place I wanna get my pizza! Recently tried the chickenwing pizza, the whole family loved it! And the people who work there are always considerate and totally concerned with the customer’s satisfaction! ten out of ten stars**********!
OmGosh~!! They are delicious!. This is one for great food and prices! They really care about the customer and go the extra mile to correct a problem if it occurs(which isn’t often). They have a rewards program as well and support our local teams with specials for those events that are important. I love their boneless wings and 1/2 giant pizza. It is great food for your dollar. 🙂 The magnum, if you can do the challenge, is awesome.
Long Time Customer. My Mom and Dad were first and we all have carried on tradition. All the siblings love this place and order food from them. Everyone is very helpful and respectful. And on the rare occasion something is wrong, it is corrected with sincere apologizes and compensation. We ordered a Magnum when Dad was in Hospice and treated all, everyone loved it. Thank You for being a part of family memories.
Pizza Quality. Worst pizza in Buffalo
