Jose was an outstanding server that provided efficient and friendly service. Arrived just after the start of dinner at 5 pm. Had a wonderful tomato basil bisque soup with plenty of tomato flavor. Then had BBQ Ribs with a standard barbeque sauce which was a full rack of ribs that fell off the bone, very tender. Crispy fries and grilled squash, carrots, and onions was served with it. Dessert named rockslide brownie was a great combination of fudge brownie, combined with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and real chocolate chunks as well. An absolutely wonderful pre-birthday meal. Gayle and Ian of the Hotel’s staff came over to the table to say Happy Birthday. Sat in the corner of the dining/bar area with a great view of Downtown Buffalo. Thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience here!
