  Super rude service. I waited over an hour for my delivery. When we finally got the order was wrong.,and ice cold. When i called back a female named mara. Was very rude. She questioned me as if i had done something wrong. I said well first it would be nice if you started with were sorry for your inconvenience or something. She kept putting me on hold going back and forth speaking to the manager. After she hung up the ph.i called back got the manager who was giving me attitude also. Finally he got it right. He half heartedly offered something. I refused. There are plenty of pizza shops that would welcome my money. I’m not sure how they do it with rude incompetent people working there.

  Just nasty..on elmwood and summer. I work across the street and we have as an office ordered from here most of the time not bad.. but last week we ordered a pizza, white no anchovies to be picked up at noon for a office meeting at 11:15 they called to ask if it was pick up or delivery I told them p/u then he said see you soon I was with a client at the time and thought the comment strange so at 11:25 I called back to clarify we would be picking up at noon, he apologized for the misunderstanding and said he would make it right. picked up at noon and when we sat down to eat it was evident the pizza they made at 11 was what we had here…dried out with anchovies…it was nasty inedible.. we called to tell them our experience and was told he would replace the pizza for us just call and order when wanted. well we called and was told no we would not get it replaced all we could have was a 20% discount… last time we are eating there as individuals or as a group..seven women telling their friends…worst customer service ever..check your pizza it may have been made hours before….

  Just this sunday. We were looking for a new pizza joint in buffalo our favorite pizza junction just closed. Our son works at Peace Bridge and they all order from Just Pizza we gave it a try. The italian style pizza had an incredible thin crust with so much real mozzarella it took a full arm length pull to separate a piece, pepperoni was right on! We tried the buffalo wings and bbq wings and they had my wifes favourite drink loganberry all for 32.00 and we took lots home. Its our new favorite

  Bad. There are so many places to get good pizza in Buffalo, I really urge anyone to NOT eat at Just Pizza. Their pizzas are boring and just one step up from Pizza Hut. Moreover, I feel like I’m getting more pizza for my money at other places. I was really surprised by how I saw the employees making the pizza. I’m pretty sure they place the dough on a scale, and add toppings until a certain weight is hit (I’m not sure, but that is what it looked like). Are you kidding me? That’s not how you make a proper pizza, there’s no love in this mass produced pizza.Instead of going here keep driving north a few more blocks until you hit Casa-di-Pizza… MUCH better.

  Flat dough. Looked like my pizza never risen same story from friends dough changed wont worry about that not going to get my money anymore…

  Just generic…. There is really nothing on their menu that stands out or sets them apart from every other pizza joint around here… In fact, theyre pretty terrible. Like, I pretty much go out of my way to avoid this place… In my personal experience everything has been either really greasy and/or really salty, with an over taste of bland…
