My trip to Buffalo ended with a bang at Left Bank.3 people, Calimari, 2 salads and 3 different entrees. So much taste, such fresh ingredients and a killer patio. Left Bank is awesome! Pics are Seafood Pasta, Cajun Pasta and Strip Steak.
The food here is awesome. A but pricy, but we’ll worth it for a nice night out. Patio seating was really nice, although it seemed that only one waitress was running all the tables so service was slow at times. Other than that it’s a really nice spot. We will definitely be back.
Visitor from Ontario. I had no idea what to expect when I made a friend from Buffalo suggested the restaurant for a group of colleagues in Buffalo for work. I was so pleasantly surprised. I love everything about this restaurant, the staff, the ambience and most importantly the food! The food was amazing. I only wish it was closer, I would definitely make this a go to spot.
The Left Bank provides a great dining experience that delivers on flavor and culinary technique. I had recently dined there with my wife and had a wonderful time. I had ordered the roasted red pepper bisque with crab, the grilled tiger shrimp, and the twin filet mignon tournedos. The bisque had a good rich flavor. Less on the creamy side as a bisque, a touch salty, but good nonetheless. The grilled tiger shrimp were also well prepared. They rested on an artichoke bottom with goat cheese and were served with a green salad and balsamic dressing. The flavors complimented eachother wonderfully. Finally, the twin filet mignon tournedos with mushroom ragout were phenomenal. The steak was cooked a perfect medium rare and melted off the fork. The mushroom ragout brought a wonderfully rich sauce where other items on the plate became a vehicle for its delivery. The pricing of the menu is high enough where this may be more of a special occasion location. But i will be thinking up some occasions to go.
