Yay!. Such a lovely place! the food was delicious and really unique – it’s difficult to find a restaurant with a lot of options for vegetarians and vegans (other than your standard hummus wrap that you’ve had a million times already), and merge is exactly what i’ve been wishing to find! it’s really cute inside, and our waiter was literally THE nicest guy. you’ll like it!! :~)

AMAZING. I love Merge! I’ve been there a few times and each time the employees are very friendly and the food is simply amazing. The sweet potato fries are a MUST. I usually get a wrap when I go with a side salad and enjoy every bit! They also have wonderful entertainment, including live music and trivia cards on the table to play with your friends. It’s an awesome place with great food.
Wonderful place! Great food!. I love this place so much I brought my somewhat new boyfriend’s family here. His son is a chef in a prestigious French restaurant in NYC. The food is sensational, the service was great, and we all had the BEST TIME! As I am a vegetarian, I am usually dragged to places where everyone else is enjoying a steak, and I am reduced to a sad, iceberg lettuce salad. Thank you, Merge, for making my dining experience as great as everyone else’s!
Great place…. My daughter and I had a wonderful time at MERGE..It was the first time I was there and the new waiter was really nice and very helpful…We had the beet salad, Portobello steak dinner and then shared a raw carrot cake for dessert..That too, was excellent!! I would have had another HEMINGWAY drink but I had to drive….It was so good…Loved the singer who added a nice touch also…We will go back again…
Good first impression. Had a wonderful meal, its different that your average restaurant, more vegie and raw foods available. The house salad was fresh, good size portion. Everyone around us seemed to have a cheerful waiter, the young gal that waited on us was helpful and attentive. the host last night didn’t have our reservation but quickly remedied the situation. I had a drink at the bar and was waited on promptly. There is so much to choose from, the risotto on their Fall menu was so delicious. Having two starters and a salad would be more than enough for one person. Sharing is a great way to try new food dishes. Will go back!
A better gallery than a restaurant. I was waited on by one of the owners, and she provided horrible service. She forgot my wife’s salad and never checked on us. When we finally flagged her down, she brought the salad – after the main course, and didn’t discount anything.We made it a point to tell her when we got there that it was our first time there, and we drove 45 minutes to check them out. Typically, when you say that to an owner, you would assume great service as they would want to impress you and earn a new customer. (Plus our table of 4 did drop $100 there.) But no, not at Merge. If there were more vegan options in Buffalo, I have to think Merge would go out of business. I will not be returning and would not recommend it to anyone.
