Terrible customer service too many other good pizza places in Buffalo to waste your time here
The truth about mister pizza is that when you go there and you get the slices they have that are ready those are good. But when you get delivery it’s totally different you’re never gonna get the same pizza twice. not to mention even if you live around the block from the place it still takes them an hour and half to be delivered. so it cost over 20 dollars to have a pizza delivered less than a mile away that is completely sub par. way too many pizza places in buffalo to put up with that kind of crap!
Best Steak Pizza. Tonight I am ordering the cheese pizza, I have only ever ordered the steak pizza with sesame crust….which was the best steak pizza I ever had. Hopefully the regular pizza wont be dissapointing.
Dissapointed to the fullest extent. I ordered a pizza sub and some steak fries. I was extremely polite with the person who answered and asked for ketchup and hot sauce. Anywayz it took them 1 hour and 18 minutes to deliver my food. I literally live a mile away from Mister Pizza. I got the food which let me just say I threw away in the garbage. I took a couple bites and the cheese tasted like it was reheated and the bread was soggy. Shame on you Mister Pizza. At least you could’ve gave me the ketchup and hot sauce.
No…. Why do they call this Pizza? Why not just call it pizza’s wannabe, ugly step-brother. That’s what it tastes like. 2/5
Food sucks- overpriced- complete trash-should be closed down as it is a complete disgrace to Buffalo
I used to order from them when they were on Hampshire and Grant Street. Back then they were superb. Then they moved. The prices rose but the quality slipped just a tad. Maybe their reputation went to their heads. Pricy.
