  Chant it with me: O-VER-RA-TED. 1) Rudest staff ever. Never came across people so unenthusiastic, on a consistent basis, to take your food order. It’s like your being an incredible annoyance by calling to place an order so you can give them money.2) Forget about slices. What a joke- quite literally the only pizza place who sells by the slice that I’ve ever been to that doesn’t offer to heat it up for you. And, what’s worse, I’ve had them refuse to do so when I’ve asked them to. A pizza place in the middle of a busy neighborhood would presumably do a lot of business selling by the slice. Yet the slices they serve here are old, dried up and disgusting. Id be better off getting a slice at Dominos then here.3 When you do order a whole pie, its not even all that good. Sure I’ve had a good pie from here, and had some great wings. But just as often as they’re great, they’re terrible. No consistency whatsoever. I for one don’t particularly enjoy paying a unit price of over $1/wing when half the time their bone dry, seemingly sauce less and taste like they were made 2 hours ago and just sat out on the counter. Pizza is nothing special.4 The price is outrageous for pizza, no matter how good it is. Couple it with everything I’ve mentioned above and one might ask why would I ever eat there again?I get that Mr has a unique style- lots of cheese and less sauce. If you’re into that, I would suggest go to Just Pizza. You’ll pay less for a better product, that is consistently good. And you’ll actually be treated like a human being.

  Great Pizza, Unfriendly staff…. I love their food. However, never received anything but unfriendly welcome. Do no know how they are when you walk into the establishment. I always order by phone. Always get a sense I am ruining their day by ordering. Whatever; great pizza. Definitely recommend. Just ignore the fact the person taking orders is rude.

  They did it again! :D. Mister Pizza on Elmwood Ave. in the city blows me away every time with their amazing customer service. I am not an easy customer to deal with since I have strong allergies to many foods and make many special requests. They always get it right and go above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction. Kevin, a manager and the entire team there is always polite. My food always tastes great and if they make a mistake, all you have to do is say something and they fix it with pleasure. I’m not sure why others say they’re having issues. I’ve been eating delivered food from this location for YEARS and have always been delighted by my experience and I feel I get my money’s worth and then some. Thanks, Guys! <3
