Cheap, Delicious and Filling. I have been getting the roasted chickens and pasteillos almost weekly! The chicken is not dried out very fresh and filling even in takeout boxes. I love the dipping sauce the chicken comes with. Always have to ask for extra. Have gotten the quarter, half and whole chicken depending how hungry I am along with rice and a side of beans. The pasteillos are large dough pockets filled with ground beef, spices and vegetables. Never spent more than $20 and am always completely full. Lines are always long with people getting takeout orders.

Mucho Bein!. Since Papi’s seems to have closed down I will have to start going to Niagara Cafe again. I’m a fan of them too

This place rules. Period. Try it and you’ll love it. Pernil, rotisserie chicken, pork chops are all awesome. Pastalios are great too. Cash only, but they do have an ATM inside.

Finger lickin’ good. If you are lucky enough (or organized enough) to be there (lunch or dinner) when those perfectly seasoned chickens are fresh out of the rotisserie, you are in for a real treat. The crispy golden brown skin and juicy fall off the bone meat is as good as roast chicken gets. They nailed it and they don’t mess with it! The dipping sauce that is served with some of the side dishes is a canned tomato sauce product mixed with garlic (probably powder) not much depth of flavor adds nothing to the poultry, so I avoid it. Pernil is well seasoned and very tender and juicy as well. Rice and beans are adequate, I even like the fries. The star of this show however, is the chicken. Swiss Chalet -eat your heart out.

Disliked. I went to Niagara Cafe today with a client and the only bad thing about the meal was the rice. It was over cooked and had no taste to it. I am a cook and i make many spanish dishes and its a shame one has to stay home to find a good meal. I hope the owner or the cook can read these reviews before they close down again. Dont think ill be back.

Their Pernil (Roast Pork) is fantastic. So juicy and flavorful. Their tostones and sauce also have great flavor. The service is always good and their new (old) location is easy to access and has a nice diner feel. The employees are always happy to explain something to you if you don’t know. This is definitely one of the places we keep in our back pocket for to go.
