We went on opening night hoping to find same flavors and ambiance from our homeland, and they were delivered. Owner, manager and waitress were all very friendly. We were at a table of five (4 adults+1kid) and the food got served pretty fast for an opening night. Everybody ordered a raclette platter already prearranged. The grill in the center of the table made the diner very convivial and nobody left hungry. If we had to compare to restaurant in France the only difference you would find would be a thinner slicing of the cheese and prosciutto.It was a pleasure to go to Raclettes and we’ll definitively go back to try out their Bistro dishes.
