Poor Service. Most bar tenders are great but one older lady bar tender continuously is rude an unaccomodating to not only myself and our crew, but other customers as well. I thought she just had a thing against males but I’ve seen her talk back to females and her own management! Makes me not want to revisit. Sorry Swannie House! Better luck when that lady is gone.

Die-Hard Sabres/Local Bar. Great pub food. Wings Fish-Fry, Burgers, Beer. Great food great service. Been there lots of times because of seasons tickets to the Sabres. Its about a block from the arena.
Excellent Fish Fry. This is the Fish Fry by which all others should be judged. Plus the hand-cut French Fries are among the best I have tasted. At $9.95, this is probably the best bang for the buck anywhere for a fish fry.
The Swannie House….. First word that comes to mind to describe the BEST fish fry I’ve E~V~E~R had is……. De-FRICKIN’-licious !!! Margo the owner is a GREAT lady and the atmosphere has a down too earth, kick-backin’, no nonsense, hardcore kinda flavor. A must go to kinda place after a long work week to just unwind with friends, or make some, and fill up on good food & drink. ~TrishaLee~
Sabres pre-game. Hands down delicious fish-fry. mac salad is fantastic. great blue-collar atmosphere. when i have sabres tickets, this is a must stop for pre-game food, and post-victory drinks.make sure you bring cash, and an appetite.
