Outstanding!! Been to Tempo multiple times. My all time favorite restaurant. Very nice restaurant so look sharp. Get a drink at the bar to settle into your evening before sitting down, so get there half an hour before your reservation to relax. I usually start at the bar with a Gray Goose dirty martini. Followed by a dozen oysters on the half shell accompanied by a delicious mignonette and cocktail sauce prepared with freshly grated horseradish root. The bone in rib eye is absolutely the best. Extremely flavorful. Seared on the outside to a crispy textured layer to complement the rare deliciousness found inside. The juices from cutting the meat drip into a nice base of cut potatoes that absorb the juices so no flavor is left behind. The best I have ever had. I can’t stop going there. The service is impeccable and methodical and never rushed. It’s a very relaxing and enjoyable pace to share with friends. Finish it up with a cup of espresso with a lemon twist and flourless chocolate cake for dessert. You won’t know what hit you by the end of the meal so be careful walking to your car as you will be fully flooded with food endorphins!! Enjoy.
