Don’t be fooled by the unassuming exterior. The motto is small place; big taste, and it’s certainly apropos. The menu is quite extensive, but be sure to find out what the specials are! The owner/head chef is always in the kitchen or walking around the dining room. He and his friendly staff do their best to ensure you enjoy your experience. There are few places in the capital region I’d recommend as highly. Eat at Joe’s!
