Aqua Vino. We had a reservation we were seated after ten minutes and nobody came to our table for about 15 minutes then a waitress came brought plates didn’t even introduce herself she gave us all attitude and we left. I would not recommend this place to anybody I understand some places get busy but not busy enought to serve the customer!!!!
Wonderful. We went for my Mother in Laws birthday and had a wonderful experience. Our server was fantastic, he had a great attitude and made it such a fun evening. Our food was amazing. My in laws were very impressed.We love the views of the canal and cannot wait to go back,,

We were there yesterday, server had an attitude and then forgot to bring our check, we always leave 20% but this time left $5 and thought about leaving nothing.
I had a bridal shower this past weekend at Aqua Vino. The food was fantastic. Trish and her twin brother were the ultimate in helping plan and execute the party. The service was bar none and Kayla ( a server) was quick and quiet in her execution in service. I would say Aqua Vino gets a 10 out of ten! This is the place for great food and excellent service. Trish and her brother have 100% and I got a memorable day and felt like family. THANK YOU!!!!!
Excellent, Charming…. Service is outstanding. Menu is somewhat limited but every item on the menu that was ordered came out at the perfect temperature, excellent presentation, and obviously prepared with enthusiasm, and a passion for food. There is no doubt this Chef has his kitchen under control!Excellent wine selection and pairing as well.If you’ve never been, it is an absolute MUST and a very refreshing difference to the typical tired Italian American cuisine so often found in the Utica area.
Hard to find, but worth it. I visit Utica regularly and have often passed the signs to Aquavino. Tonight I decided ti give it a try, and I am glad that I did!The dining room is a bit hard to find – you have to take the elevator down from the catering hall on the first level, but once there, it is a lovely space with views of the Erie Canal.The servers were gracious and even replaced a drink that I spilled at no extra charge. The food was very good but not outstanding. My steak was billed as a bone-in Kansas City strip but was only 1/2 the thickness of Kansas City strip steaks that I have had in Kansas City. Despite that it was well-prepared and came with a side of pasta with a spicy marinara sauce.I will definitely return on future visits to the area.
Great Food, Great Atmosphere. This is the best restaurant Utica has to offer. They are consistant with their food, great atmosphere, and excellent service. Best cheif in the area, Mike Geno.
