Jem. Used to be the best Buffett around, someone new manages it. Awful , awful , awful. Mac & Cheese ? Greens with tuna in? On Easter people had reservations and STILL WAITED 90 minutes, some walked out. Need new manager right away.
Terrible brunch. This restaurant used to be a nice place with good food……..not any more. Sunday brunch was cold, dried out, tasteless, and wayyyyyyy overpriced. Wait staff was pleasant and good, management is HORRIBLE. Our experience was ruined by the management staff who were rude and definitely not helpful. Seems they think their function is to make their customers experience as bad as possible. Think twice before you decide to dine here, it has definitely gone downhill.
Well worth the trip. Both I and my wife have heard many people talk about the morning buffet here at the Radisson. This was a great big treat for us both and we were well fed. We both talked on the way home of what it was that we did not get a chance to taste. We now have to find another reason soon to return again to pick up where we left off. The quality of the food is 5 stars. The service is 5 stars.
