Holy crap these portions are huge. And the food is amazing. I truly regret paying by this place every day thinking it was just another bar. Try it. Trust me.
Came in on a Friday. We were not impressed with The staff or the food. We enjoyed our experience a few weeks ago but that drastically changed this Friday. The atmosphere was far from pleasant. The waitresses looked flustered and angry. We are not coming back
Amazing. I have never felt the need to leave a review especially when it requires creating an account, but this place blows my mind. Every time I have been there the food is a cut above the rest, with prices that you cannot argue with. The bartenders are excellent, very friendly and easy going not to mention the quick service. The wait staff have always been very attentive regardless of how busy the place gets. They have an outstanding selection of burgers and their homemade rolls (pizza, reuben, pork etc.) will blow you away. The specials that they have are always fresh with flavor that cannot be found many places. You can tell that the chef/cooks actually take the time to prepare each meal the right way the first time. The only minor critique that I have is that the parking lot is smaller than most, but do not let that deter you from parking around the corner and walking. Definitely worth the visit, I have brought/referred several friends and have never heard a single complaint.
Decent place. Everything was home made which is hard to come by. The roast beef was huge tender and lean. Great choice of burgers. Real burgers! We started with the home made pizza logs which were really greasy, probably due to the pepperoni being cooked and trapping the grease in the puffy roll. I would try one of the other variety of logs like the Reuben. You can’t beat the prices either! 2 meals, appetizer, pop, beer plus tax $30.00!
Awesome. I have been here quite a few times…I’m absolutely in love w/ the beef on weck!! By far, hands down, best 1 in town!!! I used to love another little place in Depew but Good Tymes South is just so much juicier & comes w/ homemade fries, the best fries to get!! All for like $8-9, you can’t beat it!!! When we order out for it, we usually get less roast beefs than there are people…last time there were 4 of us having sandwiches, plus some kids just eating the beef & fries…we ordered 4, had enough for about 5-6 sandwiches, plus fed the kids & still had enough left over for 1 or 2 more sandwiches!!! I’ve had the pizza logs or rolls too, they are delish!!! I recommend this place to anyone who wants the best roast beef, esp at a good price. I won’t even order it from anywhere else now bc it disappoints me!!!!
Just went for dinner here and I will definitely be stopping at McDonaldd for better food on my way home.. The entire dining area smelled like a public bathroom. My chicken sandwich was bland and tasted burnt. Also my chicken was tough and stringy. The waitress had an attitude problem when I asked for the pickles that were supposed to come on my sandwich. I will not be returning..
