Worst food ever everything I order they make it wrong without fail. Never again. Customer service Is awful manager hung up on me that’s great they really care about there customers. Food was ice cold. What’s sad is my dog wouldn’t even touch it.
They don’t care about customers. They refused to take my wing order….single order of wings and I will be back to pick it up. Told me to get out of my car and come into the building to place my order…..If I was tying up the drive up window I would understand but I was the only customer. Sorry Grasso’s….there are plenty of other Pizza Places in Depew and if I want to get out of my car in 20 degree weather I will go to Yings. Now your staff will have more time to lean on the counter and talk.
We moved to the Lancaster area about 6 months ago. We’ve tried all the major pizzerias in the area and Grasso’s is by far the best. Their sauce is amazing, I love a good sweet sauce. It’s a little bit more expensive then the other guys but you defiantly get what you pay for.
Too many ppl complaining. Went there for 2 slices yesterday around dinner time,Had to wait a little bit for it, but it was worth it. Pretty girls working and good food works for me. Def will be back if im in Depew.
Must only last because near High School. This place stinks. .food is pretty awful. Generally regret going here every time. do not make the mistake I made do not order a chicken finger salad. it’s $8 or cheap iceberg lettuce and tiny chicken pieces on top
Rude staff good pie. We were staying at the millennium the food was really good but the girl on the phone was really short with me and didn’t like answering questions.I will without a doubt order from them again.
