Always the best. This is a special place. The food is always good, but a dinner out needs to more than just about food. The wine selection must always be unfailingly good, and the hospitality and service personal. Aroma Osteria is fabulous in all categories – food, wine, service, and personal attention from the owners and hosts. So far, nothing in the Hudson Valley beats this place.

A top notch kitchen offers classic Italian staples made with local quality ingredients. The service staff at Aroma is one of the best in the area. Went out to celebrate my birthday. Everything was great. From the minute you walk in you feel like you are in a Tuscan villa. Cocktails, apps, dinner and dessert was phenomenal. Thank you for a great evening.
Good Food- but be careful. The food here is almost always top notch. Sometimes though, they go overboard with the salt. The fried calamari came out so salty one time we had to send it back. The waitress came back with another plate which was supposedly a different batch. I think it was the same plate they took away. I couldn’t eat it even though I like some of my food salted. The staff is always wonderful but the owner isn’t much of a people person.
