  The best. Staff was great food was better…u get what u pay for…people on here who complain should stick to Wendy’s value menu…the food is incomparable….plus the place has been ROCKING since they opened..whoever said it was fast food!u want cheap fast burger keep on going straight til u hit main street…cheap ppl remember good food cost money….at least here your getting a burger with toppings on your bun not a bunch of toppings with a slider on a bun…all negative comments come from value meal and 5$ pizza pie customers…CHEAP..they chose quantity over quality I guess….big ups to burger fi!!!!!!!

  It’s definitely not Wendy’s. I’m not sure what these previous reviews are about–perhaps they’ve worked out any kinks by now. I’ve been to burgerfi twice now, and worth it each time. You’re correct the prices aren’t the same as the Wendy’s Value Menu–but then again we aren’t talking fast food. Sure, it’s burgers, fries, and beer but it isn’t the same garbage from the arches. I had a brisket burger–the thing was delicious–with fries (of course) and a beer (two roads). There were two of us and the fries were more than enough to share. Figure on about $25 for two people, so don’t expect fast food, expect good food (somewhat) quickly.I’d make a few changes–the music is a bit loud, and I’d turn up the volume on the sports. But really as a combination sports bar-burger joint it’s a hit. i’ll be back.

  Sim73. Great place if you like cold flavorless burgers and stomach distress. Also, if you want to wait on a fifteen minute line and then another 20 or so minutes for your cold burger this is the place for you. The place is a complete disaster. I actually went a second time to see if they had worked out the kinks, but it was actually worse the second time. The management is clearly incompetent, and you have to wonder if they every actually worked at a restaurant before. I was looking forward to this place opening, but it is terrible.

  BurgerFi: To disappoint. To fail. I got burgerfied last night when i paid way to much for a small patty the size of something i could get off the Wendys value menu.

  Worst place ever. This place was very dirty and staff was very rude. The food was just as bad my fries were soggy and burger was cold so don’t waste your time and money Five Guys is the way to go like on a serious note even wendys or McDonalds would be a Better choice cuz at least the staff are better else where and your food is hot PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY also managers didn’t seen to have time to Speak to me about my problem had to wait an hour just for him to say sorry oh and gave us free sodas but nothing for our families food so disappointed was just horrible service

  Soggy fries and overpriced. I was very disappointed in their French fries. I ordered Parmesan coated fries and they a soggy mess. I Ordered a single, bacon and cheese burger and it was adequate, nothing to rave about and a beer. It was over $16 , I think this is a bit high for a self serve walk up restaurant . Not a fan.I will stick to 5 guys.

  Great place. Something of a wait but everyone seemed to go with the flowgreat hamburgers, not your steak house type, but better than the usual fast food jointsfries and onion rings very good if you ask for extra crispygreat to have beer, wine, along with nice variety of sodasstaff very competent, friendly, efficient
