HORRENDOUS. If you want to go to a place where employees don’t pay attention to the words leaving your mouth, this is the place to go. I ordered a milkshake-chocolate, no whipped cream, no sprinkles, mixed well. I received everything but that. My milkshake consisted of poorly mixed chocolate ice cream and chocolate syrup (I don’t even believe that it consisted of any milk), whipped cream, and what else…sprinkles. Of course the staff is mostly uneducated, middle-aged people or high school graduates who don’t have a future. I can’t believe that a person can order ONE item and the employee manages to get it wrong. To add to this wonderful experience, I brought the milkshake back up and asked them to correctly make me a new one. None the less, they failed at that too. A huge shout out to Shelby for managing to mess up a milkshake order. Keep up the good work, kid!
