WHAT A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. I spent over a hundred dollars at CHANG YING and the food was a big disappointment. The boneless ribs and the bbq ribs were both overcooked to black. The special shrimp KEW had too much breading that fell off the hard and chewy shrimp.( it seemed they were in the freezer for a long time). The fried dumplings were very doughy. I will never order from there again and I will let everyone know about how bad this place is.

Just OK. This place is decent if you live nearby and don’t feel like driving ten minutes to a better Chinese place. Food is good, most of the same items as you would see in other places. Their chicken isn’t always the best but their ribs are pretty good. Service is average and the people that work their are friendly. I wouldn’t advise dining it as the table areas can be dirty sometimes. They don’t take Discover or American Express which is a downer for me.
