I have been here several times and found the food to be awesome. The service is soso things seem to go ok until dessert and each time I ended up waitng and waiting for it to come. The coffee came quickly but the dessert tales forever, twice I ordered banana foster and both tomes the ice cream was melted, the last time this happened I sent it back but otherwise I really likeot!
Amazing food. Great menu, great service. Loud atmosphere on the weekends but absolutely everything was delicious!
Not so great food, service with an attitude too. I asked for a booth, 4 right in front of me and got a table in the back instead. Cheesecake factory menu knock offs, chicken Madeira which is nothing like cf’s. Kids didn’t like the chicken fingers which is usually ok most places. Their more about ambience than service or good food.
The double-o grill has gotten better each time we go. When we can’t decide where to go we always come here and always leave very happy. Money well spent.
This is a family favorite place. Its our go-to for a relaxed good meal. Favorite dishes are the corn cakes app, all the salads and the drinks are great (try the blood orange sidecar and the cucumber cosmo) two thumbs up
Sat down on a Sunday with the intention of eating lunch, only to be persuaded to try to breakfast buffet by my cohort. Once the waitress knew we didn’t want a main course off the menu, she disappeared! So much for any extras. The selection was standard brunch fare, and decent at that, but for my money, I’d like my eggs at least lukewarm.
Along the lines of a TGIF. Big place, big bar, big drinks and a big menu. It’ reminds me of a TGIF, not fine dining but good choices and decent food. Nice Key Lime Martini (although I like PF Chang’s better) and they give you the shaker so you get a good amount. I got a salad wedge and a veggie tower sandwhich on multigrain bread, very tasty. 2 others in our party got the onion soup, I’ve never seen it that size, it was huge. Friendly service and some kind of baked goods were for sale on the way out.Update sept., 2012 I went back up to the Double O to meet some friends for a night of catching up and some laughs but it was almost impossible for any of that since it was so loud we couldn’t hear each other so it defeated the purpose of the night. It started out wrong with a bad drink and then a Ceasar salad that was so wilted and brown it was inedible. I got the pumpkin ravoli special for the night and while I could taste the pumpkin in the ravoli it was drowned in a thick viscous butter sauce, at least they called it butter, it looked more like lard. Will be avoiding this place. Have to add that our waitress was very nice and a hard worker but she must go home with a headache every night, I know I did.
