Butter lake. We had the lobster / shrimp / scallop Hibachi. The food all looked great until …………..1/2 lb of butter and a soy sauce flood was dolloped on everything – the veg, the rice, the noodles and the seafood. It totally wrecked the taste, which just blended into a big pile of salt / fat. What a shame. Maybe the sushi would have been a better choice.
