Oaxacan Perfection. Poughkeepsie has the highest population of Oaxacan Mexicans outside of Oaxaca itself. You’re just wasting your time if you come into Mole Mole and order anything other than enchiladas con mole. Mole in the Oaxacan sense is a thick unsweetened chocolate sauce made with chiles, and may not be for everyone. There are three tables, a couple stools at a bar, and bottled Mexican sodas available for self service. The staff take your order and service is usually pretty fast. Prices very reasonable.
