I would say a 3 1/2 is mire accurate. I went for an event. Mothers day brunch and while the food was ok, it seemed like they werent quite prepared. The buffer line was long because of they amount of space they allotted. The shrimp for the shrimp cocktail were over cooked. The space itself was nice, however the downstairs area had the smell of a septic tank that had the lid off. My wife , two kids and i had a brunch buffet , they added tax and gratuity. My wife had an extra mimosa (one was included) and I had a bloody mary.the bill was $179. Ill let you be the judge of that. They had salmon, pork, prime rib, shrimp cocktail, grilled veggies, hash browns, pastries and a desert table and of course eggs, bacon fruit. It was a nice time, but ill try somewhere different next time.
