Good food, lousy service. Went tonight with my family. The food was great, but the service was lousy. Our waitress was inattentive. You had to flag her down and then you were lucky if you could catch her attention. They messed up our all you can eat order four times. The sushi side of the house fixed it quickly and it wasn’t a big deal. However, it seemed like it took 30-45 minutes to get our appetizers out of the kitchen. It seemed they were short staffed. Though the thing that totally ruined the experience was we were finishing the meal with desert. So we wrote out that we wanted 4 ice creams in their menu system. Ten minutes later the waitress comes out with a crab salad and drops it on our table. When we questioned it she claims we ordered it and runs to the back. Three minutes later she comes out with our order sheet which clearly shows the ice cream we did order, but now there is a hastily scribbled line under the crab salad in a different shade of pen than we used. When we argued that mark wasn’t ours the waitress dropped it and got us our ice cream. It was pretty obvious she scribbled in the line in an attempt to cover her butt. It’s a shame because the food was good, but the poor service and shady event at the end make me less inclined to go to Sushi Village again.

They offer unlimited sushi but they misplaced the order and had to be reminded of what we ordered. The food took at least 45 minutes to come out.
