Amazing Food! Great Service. My husband and i have been to The Mill several times since it has opened. We are never disappointed. The food is excellent. I highly recommend the calamari, the pretzel coated chicken and the sangria. Actually, everything on the menu is incredible. The service is impeccable. We highly recommend this eatery.
Great drinks-horrible service. I would not return to this place. We went there for a happy hour celebration. the service was not good. Our server was very presumptuous. He seemed annoyed to have to serve us or answer any questions that we had. A friend left our group early and she paid for drinks. When we got the bill, we were told that they had to void her order and we had to pay her drinks-she then checked with her bank. She was charged for her drinks AND we paid for them. Not interested in returning, even though I had a delicious Sangria.
Too Bad!. Today we went out with a bunch of people and the service was so-so, they screwed up the check and refused to let us take out food from the menu. There was little flexibility, abrupt explanations and there were no apologies. They need to work on their flexibility and their table manners. They are not in NYC and they need to tone down their attitude if they want business. On the plus side the food was good – not amazing, but good. Even though the service was unfriendly and unaccommodating, I may try it again due to food quality….albeit reluctantly.
