Fantastic. I was in the mood for some good old fashion prime rib and that’s just what I got. This wonderful place is so old school, my wife was waiting to see if the ghost of Frank Sinatra was here. The drinks were made to perfection, Manhattans that just right. Soup of the day was a Lobster Bisque, so glad we only had cups of it because we never would have been able to eat our entrees. My wife ordered the steak Caesar salad. The steak was ordered medium rare and came mounded atop a salad that used home made dressing, not anything that came from a jar. My prime rib was picture perfect with a twice baked potato and just the right amount of au jus. Reminded me of the days of the Saratoga and Jaffco Marina. The only thing missing to bring back the old days was Yorkshire Pudding.(I don’t know of any local place that still serves that). Service from Jackie was on the spot, checking in on us frequently. I’ll be back again the next time I need a Prime Rib fix or the need to feel nostalgic.

They say a quite table in restaurant is a happy table,well bravo adams Rib, and u r lucky to have such a great chef.will be back over and over again

Classic Old School Restaurant. OK…..so the average age of the restaurants patrons are above retirement age (far above)….this place is great for everyone. I had heard good feedback about food and drinks, but my experience far exceeded expectations. First of all, this place knows how to mix a cocktail! Don’t expect to drink a lot of them, but everyone is thoroughly enjoyable. They mix the best drink in WNY. Food was really good as well. Tried the steak and the pot pie and both were fantastic. The wait staff is patient and courteous and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an experience that is outside the norm. Loved it and will definitely be going back….maybe ordering a few less mixed drinks next time….maybe not.
Not So Sure. Today I went to Adam’s Rib for the first time and I was not very happy. When I first got there that sat us right away but then we waited for a half an hour to place our order. Then they brought my bubby the wrong food. And on top of messing up the order it was cold! The waitress was not very catering to our needs and barley checked back with us about anything. The only postive thing about this place is the drinks were made well!!..The service was just awful!..so take your monies elsewhere!!!

Nice neighborhood bar and restaurant about 15 tables and the bar. Casual. Steaks, seafood,, ribs and lighter stuff. Dinners around $20. Waitresses have been there forever. Good drinks. Recomended. Near I90 and NY5 (Main).
