Ordered lunch for my staff at the office for delivery. gave credit card info. 2 hours later no lunch. Called the restaurant and they said oh yeah, we forgot to put it through, do you want it now? No apology uncaring. Guess we won’t be ordering from there anymore.
Cheaping out. Every year they seem to cut quality. Past few orders have been completely wrong and generally (not a a complainer) I get attitude anytime I call customer service has dropped quality, dropped, my support dropped as well. Coming from a previous employee I can say not the same and not impressed at all!
I think they are to good to do a single order of flat only wings I could see if it was bigger and the pizza is awful too as a cook myself I will not be back you better order a sub cause its the only thing that might be good.
The food is ok but they didn’t get my order right the last 3 times in a row.
Call in Order. People answer phone talk so fast u can’t understand them. Give attitude when u ask to repeat. Well as they say if u don’t like the service go somewhere else. So I did.
Good solid food. Nothing at Blasdell Pizza really knocks your socks off, but it is a good, quick pizza place. Their $4.99 Sub of the Month is a great deal
